Job summary

Crane Services, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Haul Driver to operate hydraulic transporters and trailers, hauling oversize and overweight loads to various job sites. Experience with wind energy components is a plus, and coordination with escorts and dispatch is required.

You will load, secure, and unload equipment while assisting project planning. Ideal candidates hold a Class A CDL, DOT medical card, and TWIC, with at least 3 years of safe driving history and the ability to follow complex procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of consistent safe driving history as a full-time driver.
• Must pass a DOT Medical Physical and possess a valid medical certificate.
• Must obtain a TWIC (Transportation Workers Identification Credential) card.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
• Minimum Level of Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Drive trucks hauling loads to job sites or customers’ destinations.
• Prepare heavy hauling loads for delivery.
• Loads and unloads equipment; assembles and disassembles equipment as needed.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed
