• Determine load specifications, secure and balance loads, and comply with weight regulations.
• Navigate and transport equipment within oilfield sites, adhering to safety protocols and site-specific guidelines.
• Operate specialized heavy equipment, such as winches and hydraulic systems, required for loading and unloading heavy cargo.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including pre-trip inspections, load securement, and compliance with DOT standards.
• Plan efficient and safe routes, considering road restrictions, weather conditions, and project timelines.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch, site managers, and fellow drivers for coordination.
• Demonstrate proficiency in emergency response procedures and on-site coordination.
• Complete accurate logs, reports, and documentation including bills of lading and permits.
