Job summary
ALLIANCE DIVERSIFIED ENTERPRISES, INC. in Escondido, CA is seeking a full-time warehouse associate to unload/load semis with forklifts and telehandlers, maintain yards, and service equipment. Responsibilities include cleaning yards, washing tractors, inspecting returned items, and delivering gear to jobsites.
Must be 22+, have a clean driving record, and be able to operate multiple heavy machines. duties also cover moving heavy equipment, using power tools, and supporting mechanics and welders
Qualifications
- Experience operating a warehouse straight mast forklift and telehandler forklift picking heavy items ranging from 15k to 40K lbs. plus with equipment.
- Experience operating a telehandler all terrain forklift & picking heavy items (15k lbs. plus)
- Experience operating a tractor skid steer, excavator, loaders & Dozers
- Age 22 or older, to be able to drive on company insurance.
- Good driving record
- Experience driving 30ft flatbed truck
- Experience moving heavy equipment, IE: Tractors of all shapes & sizes
- Experience with use of power tools
- Experience working in repair shop environment, rental and/or around a heavy equipment yard
- Organizational skills
- Punctuality, Responsibility and Reliability
- Must be available Monday - Friday. 7am - 6pm. Some weekends when needed
- Sometimes work odd early morning, evening hours and weekends hours.
- Experience welding and use a welder is a plus
- Experience working in heavy equipment yard is a plus
- Experience using a pressure washer is a plus
- Experience working in a warehouse is plus
Responsibilities
- Unload/load semis with a forklift 10K lbs lift & 35K lb lift. Load/Unload Outgoing/incoming trucks
- Keep the yard and warehouse area clean and organized
- Wash Equipment with pressure washer (Tractors, attachments, Tools & Misc. Equipment)
- Inspect & Inventory returned equipment & materials. Return to proper storing area.
- Sweep yard with Skid steer and broom attachment.
- Sweep/mop warehouse once a week
- Take out trash cans daily at end of day
- Deliver equipment, materials and fuel to jobsites when required
- Tow a trailer
- Assist mechanic and weld techs in daily tasks
