Job summary

Foley Equipment in Kansas/NW Missouri seeks an Equipment Technician to troubleshoot, service and repair heavy machinery, including CAT earthmoving equipment. You will diagnose problems, perform repairs, and test adjustments in a shop setting with minimal supervision.

Requirements include basic mechanical knowledge with electrical and hydraulics, welding experience (MIG/Stick), ability to read specifications, service literature and bulletins, and willingness to travel for training.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge including electrical and hydraulics.
• Welding background (Mig and Stick experience).
• Must be able to read and comprehend specifications, service and parts literature, technical bulletins and other related publications.

Responsibilities

Foley Equipment is the authorized Caterpillar dealer in Kansas and NW Missouri.Our Equipment Technician is primarily responsible for troubleshooting, servicing and repairing heavy machinery in the shop.
