You will diagnose mechanical problems, repair equipment, and perform preventative maintenance while adhering to safety and quality standards. The role runs Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with an hourly wage starting at $26.00, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Perform replacement of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and repair equipment using manuals.
• Inspect and replace worn parts; perform preventative maintenance.
• Execute test runs to verify machine operation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area.
• Wash machines before customer delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform replacement of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components.
• Utilize all technical support resources (parts and maintenance manuals) Diagnose mechanical problems and repair equipment.
• Inspect, repair, and replace defective or worn parts, such as bearings, pistons, and gears Perform preventative maintenance on equipmentExecute test runs on machines to verify the machine is operating smoothly and has no mechanical issues.
• Maintain work area is in a safe, clean, and orderly manner
• Provide accurate and sufficient information on all required documents
• Wash machines before it leaves the yard for a customer job site
