The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience, with 2+ years on heavy equipment, and strong hydraulics/electrical skills. The position is on first shift, with overtime and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance and repair experience, including 2+ years on heavy equipment.
• Deep knowledge of hydraulic systems and electrical diagnostics.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance records and follow documentation standards.
• High attention to safety protocols and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex repairs and routine servicing on heavy industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a zero-accident environment.
• Complete daily site activities: work orders, timekeeping, and upkeep of records.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Parts to source components for uptime.
• Monitor and manage inventory of assets and tools on site.
