Job summary

Hutson Inc. is seeking Road and Shop Technicians specializing in agricultural equipment. The role covers advanced diagnostics, repairs and preventive maintenance on customer and dealer-owned large ag equipment, with travel to sites as needed.

Compensation ranges from $20 to $40 per hour depending on technician level, plus a $1,250 annual tool allowance, uniform allowance and overtime opportunities. Company vehicle provided for road technicians and a fuel card is included.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems for agricultural and turf equipment.
• Ability to perform basic to advanced repairs using special tools and Technical Manual procedures.
