Job summary

Hutson Inc. is seeking Road and Shop Technicians (Agricultural Equipment) to diagnose, service and repair large agricultural equipment for customers and dealers across our network. The role focuses on advanced diagnostics and maintenance with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

This position offers an hourly wage of $20-$40 depending on level, with a $1,250 tool allowance, uniform allowance, immediate PTO accrual and a company vehicle for road work. Overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems for agricultural and turf equipment.
• Ability to perform repairs using special tools and Technical Manual procedures.

Responsibilities

• The Technician will perform advanced diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned large agricultural equipment.
