Titan Machinery is seeking a skilled diesel equipment technician to diagnose, repair, and recondition heavy machinery. The role requires 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology, with willingness to travel to offsite training facilities and bring your own tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise: Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications, ensuring high-quality and efficient workmanship
• Documentation and Communication: Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly and professionally with the Service Manager, service team, and customers while providing timely and courteous service
• Technical Development and Customer Focus: Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities. Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and support department profitability
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments

Qualifications
