• Travel to various customer job sites to provide expert on-site troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
• Mentor junior technicians by sharing technical knowledge and best practices for complex repairs.
• Manage parts procurement and inventory tracking to streamline the repair process.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle to ensure professional representation and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with the service team to prioritize work orders based on real-time equipment data.
