Qualifications

• Prior experience with construction or landscaping equipment is required.
• Solid foundation in operating construction equipment and securing equipment.
• Experience with equipment inspection and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, inspect, and maintain rental equipment to ensure it is clean, safe, and ready for customer use.
• Load and unload equipment onto trailers safely.
• Secure equipment using chains, binders, and ratchet straps.
• Demonstrate proper equipment operation and safety procedures to customers.
• Perform pre-rental and post-rental inspections for damage or maintenance needs.
• Power wash and clean equipment.
• Keep the yard, shop, and facility clean and organized.
• Assist customers and coworkers as needed.
• Work safely while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.
