Job summary

Hughes Brothers Construction, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment PM Tech to perform oil changes and preventative maintenance on heavy equipment, and to conduct minor mechanical field repairs as needed.

Responsibilities include following maintenance schedules, recording service activity, maintaining inventory of parts and supplies, and ensuring the truck is kept in good condition. The role requires reliability and the ability to work independently or within a team in an outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to report to the shop in Wildwood.
• Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift to 40 pounds.
• Able to work independently or as an active member of a team.
• Work is performed in an outdoor setting which could include inclement weather, head & humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience a plus.
