Job summary

Vermeer Southeast is seeking a customer-focused Parts Associate / Heavy Equipment Sales professional to join our Orlando location. You will support parts sales, promote Vermeer solutions, and assist with inventory management to ensure availability and operational excellence within the heavy equipment sales environment.

You will interact with customers, build relationships, prepare quotes, analyze inventory, and help with shipping, returns, and stock displays, all while upholding the Vermeer

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a caring, professional, and timely manner.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Provide parts solutions to support equipment needs.
• Prepare quotes for price and availability via fax, email, or in person.
• Assist Parts Manager with analyzing inventory levels and demand.
• Process returns and warranty claims and ensure proper credits.
• Assist with shipping/receiving and stocking shelves.
• Maintain department safety practices.
