Job summary

Empire Southwest seeks a Painter to support our service team by preparing, painting and detailing heavy equipment and components in-shop. You will work alongside experienced technicians, learning on-the-job and developing skills in a heavy equipment environment.

The role requires at least six months in a similar role, English proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. Forklift license and strong safety mindset are preferred assets for progression.

Qualifications

• Six months of related experience in a similar role.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English.
• Must keep safety as a priority in the work environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Own and maintain required personal tools.

Responsibilities

• Prep machines prior to paint or detail assignment.
• Paint machines for customers and Empire functions.
• Detail cabs on machines and components.
• Maintain equipment for the wash rack and Paint shop.
• Monitor and order supplies for the wash rack and Paint shop.
• Detail cabs on machines and components for customers or Empire functions.
