Job summary

jb h sa is seeking a Paint & Body Technician to service heavy equipment at our asset yard, with occasional travel to nearby job sites. You will perform refinishing, body repairs, and alignment checks on excavators, loaders, trenchers, forklifts, and other heavy machinery.

You must have a valid driver’s license and proven experience with paint, body, and structural repair. The job is outdoors, with seasonal weather exposure and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of heavy equipment paint and body repair experience.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Outdoor yard environment work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Straighten, repair, or fabricate bent or broken body components.
• Build up dents or cracks with fiberglass/body fillers.
• Repair plastic, fiberglass, and metal components.
• Remove and replace mechanical components required for bodywork.
• Check alignment and straighten frame members and supports.
• Mask and paint machinery to standards.
• Mix and apply paints using spray equipment.
• Maintain an organized, safe work area.
