Heavy Equipment Operators - Roma, Edinburg and Brownsville

Looking for an opportunity to work with a great team using your heavy equipment operator skills? IOC Company LLC, a major road and highway construction company in south Texas, has an opening for you! We seek individuals passionate about construction, team players, and safety-conscious to join various construction crews.

Job Duties/Requirements:

1. Operate equipment such as Back-hoe, Loader, Excavator, Roller, Broom, Scraper, Paving Machine, Dozer, Motor Grader.
2. Operate equipment safely and conduct daily inspections.
3. Lubricate equipment grease points daily with supplied grease gun.
4. Monitor equipment hours and schedule maintenance.
5. Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances per plans.
6. Work in various weather conditions.
7. Maintain good communication skills.
8. Work overtime and be dependable, punctual, and a team player.
9. Be at least 18 years old and willing to travel and work away from home.
10. Pass initial and random drug tests.

Physical Demands:

1. Work outdoors in all elements.
2. Wear PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toe boots).
3. Work flexible shifts including nights and overtime.
4. Perform physical tasks including lifting objects over 50 pounds.
5. Use arms, hands, fingers, and feet frequently.
