We are seeking qualified Heavy Equipment Operators to operate stationary or traveling cranes for lifting, moving, and positioning loads. Responsibilities include ensuring loads are safely attached, erecting structures, and moving materials within industrial work areas. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

1. Operate Mini Excavator, Loader, Skid steer equipment
2. Inspect equipment daily for safety issues and malfunctions
3. Maintain and lubricate equipment
4. Take precautions to avoid hazards such as utility lines, other equipment, workers, and falling objects
5. Operate equipment based on signals from riggers
6. Start engines, operate throttles, switches, levers, and pedals
7. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Experience: 1-3 years operating construction equipment. No minimum education required. Must pass drug screening and physical.
