Job summary

The Lumber Manufactory, Inc. is seeking Equipment Operators for our New Albany, Mississippi mill and yard. You will run loaders, forklifts, and related gear to move logs and lumber, keeping the yard organized and material flowing.

Qualifications

• Experience running heavy equipment in industrial, construction, or yard settings.
• Equipment operator certification is a plus.
• Strong safety habits and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Dependable attendance, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders, forklifts, and other yard equipment to move logs and lumber.
• Load and unload trucks, and keep the yard organized.
• Do daily inspections and routine checks on your equipment.
• Report mechanical issues or safety hazards right away.
• Work with production and yard crews to keep material flowing.
