Position Summary

The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining construction equipment to support various projects. The role requires knowledge of equipment operation, safety compliance, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate and maintain equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and compactors.
  2. Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions.
  3. Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on equipment.
  4. Load, transport, and unload materials safely.
  5. Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance, including access to military bases.
  • Proficiency in operating construction equipment.
  • Understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to interpret plans and blueprints.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Familiarity with industry tools, equipment, and software.
