Penhall Company is recruiting a Heavy Equipment Operator to join its team. This position is responsible for safely operating heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and loaders to support construction, demolition, and concrete removal projects. This role involves equipment maintenance, material handling, and working closely with field crews to ensure job site efficiency and safety. You'll also perform maintenance tasks such as greasing, cleaning and inspecting equipment. Must be willing and able to work extended shifts, including nights and weekends, when required. This position is deemed as a Safety Sensitive position and will require negative result for preemployment Drug and Alcohol testing in order to complete offer of employment for anyone who will be operating heavy equipment or company vehicles. This position is covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with the Operating Engineers union. Will be required to join the union and maintain membership in good standing.
