Qualified candidates will have 4+ years in industrial construction/maintenance, valid driver’s license, and training in operating a range of equipment including backhoes, track hoes, packers/rollers, skid steers, and forklifts.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license.
• Minimum 4 years in industrial construction/maintenance environment.
• CDL preferred; DOT regs knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and specifications to determine scope of work (location, quantities, sizes).
• Operate heavy and light equipment safely (backhoe, track hoe, dump trucks, forklifts, etc.).
• Maintain safety and collaborate in a team-focused environment.
