Job summary

Inframark LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator to operate and maintain heavy machinery for street repairs and pipeline projects in Alabama. The role involves driving with a crew to job sites, performing trenching, back-filling, and equipment transport, and supporting routine maintenance and safety practices.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of relevant experience, and a valid Class A CDL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL and meet driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive crew to sites and operate heavy equipment to trench and back-fill.
• Transport equipment and materials to/from work sites using large trucks.
• Perform maintenance on heavy machinery: lubricating, hoses, and cooling checks.
• Use pneumatic tools for breaking concrete and cutting pipes.
• Conduct grading to meet road resurfacing specifications.
• Lead or assist with masonry, line location, and drainage tasks.
• Maintain site safety with signage, cones, flagging, and PPE compliance.
• Complete work orders and safety reports per departmental standards.
• Attend safety training and adhere to ESG safety policies.
• Collaborate with team and public per company policies.
