Qualifications

• 2+ years of heavy equipment experience.
• Safety-first mentality and strict adherence to protocols.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Team-oriented with dependable attitude.
• Willingness to deliver good customer service in the yard.
• Physically capable to lift up to 50 lbs and access equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as material handlers, loaders, forklifts, skid steers.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
• Move and organize scrap materials for processing and recycling.
• Perform pre- and post-trip equipment inspections.
• Spot maintenance issues and communicate with the maintenance team.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
