Tasman Inc is seeking an Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator in Greeley, CO. The role requires operating heavy machinery safely to support earthwork, excavation, grading, and site development on Tasman’s projects.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, strong safety focus, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Position may start temporary with potential to become full-time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of heavy equipment operating experience.
• Knowledge of proper equipment operating procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to safely operate heavy construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, and graders.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Support field crews with site activities and project logistics.
• Follow project plans and safety procedures to complete duties.
• Work with laborers, foremen, and supervisors to meet schedules.
