The role requires a valid driver's license (CDL a plus), willingness to work extended hours, and reliability as part of a union shop with competitive benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment in construction or related industries.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to work extended hours, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
• Strong team player; reliable and on-time.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, graders, backhoes, skid steers, and similar machinery.
• Perform earthmoving, trenching, grading, loading, and material placement activities as directed.
• Inspect equipment before, during, and after use; report mechanical issues or safety concerns.
• Follow all safety procedures, traffic control plans, and site-specific rules.
• Complete required documentation and equipment logs as assigned.
