Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy machinery such as cranes, forklifts, or telehandlers.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors/in all environments.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to PPE and procedures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Clear communication with teammates and external partners.
• Familiarity with blueprints and site plans.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment indoors and outdoors to move product, load, unload, and position materials.
• Maintain a safe work environment and coordinate with teams and partners.
• Perform daily inspections of equipment and rigging.
• Identify maintenance needs to minimize downtime and keep production flowing.
• Follow safety guidelines and report issues or near misses.
• Coordinate with leads to ensure on-time product flow and deadlines.
• Document work performed and maintenance records.
• Suggest improvements for equipment, space, and processes.
