Job summary

Watco is seeking an Operator to safely operate a variety of heavy equipment across our transloading and site operations. You will work outdoors, independently or with teammates, ensuring efficient daily performance and adherence to safety standards.

Starting pay is $24.59 per hour. Qualifications include 2–3 years of equipment experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass classroom and field evaluations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience operating equipment preferred.
• Must pass classroom and field evaluations for equipment competency.
• Familiarity with different cargo types and related safety hazards.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely to support transloading and site operations.
• Transfer bulk materials between trucks, railcars, vessels, barges, and storage areas.
• Inspect equipment before and after use and report maintenance or safety concerns.
