The role requires hands-on experience operating a wide range of earthmoving and construction equipment with a strong commitment to quality and safety on the jobsite. Responsibilities include operating equipment safely, performing daily inspections, following project plans and grade stakes, maintaining a clean work area, and collaborating with ground crews to keep projects on schedule while

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment listed.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL required for Water Truck operators.
• Ability to read grade stakes, construction drawings, and site plans (preferred).
• Strong awareness of safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a crew.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently for earthmoving, grading, trenching, backfilling, and site development tasks.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Follow project plans, grade stakes, and directions from supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work cooperatively with ground crews and other operators to complete tasks on schedule.
• Adhere to OSHA, company, and site-specific safety protocols.
