Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator in Austin, TX. You will safely operate loaders, dozers, trenchers, and trucks, while ensuring proper maintenance, cleaning, and secure storage according to company policies.

Minimum 3 years of equipment operating experience is required. The role entails outdoor work in varying weather, adherence to safety standards, and coordination with the Foreman for repairs and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and effectively to minimize risk.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
• Clean heavy equipment as scheduled and/or required.
• Ensure heavy equipment is safely stored when not in use.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to Foreman.
• Participate in routine maintenance and uphold safety practices.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and tools.
