Job summary

Massport in Bedford, MA is seeking Temporary On Call Snow Removal / Heavy Equipment Operators for the 2026-2027 winter season at Hanscom Field (BED). The role requires flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays as weather requires.

You will plow, shovel, scrape, sand and maintain runways, taxiways, walkways, and roadways, operating large and small snow removal vehicles. CDL-A or CDL-B is recommended.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A or B) recommended.
• Snow removal experience preferred.

Driver must be available whenever weather dictates including nights, days, weekends and holidays. Plowing equipment is provided by Massport and located at Airport.
