The Position: We are seeking an Oiler to support crane operations with Liebherr and Terex cranes on site. Responsibilities include cleaning, maintaining, and securing all equipment, assisting with repairs, and following safety and incident reporting procedures.

The Location: Projects vary by location; reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to different sites are required. Projects are throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Upper Michigan.
The Candidate: Requirements include a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record. Class A CDL is preferred but not required. CCO certification, high school diploma or GED, punctuality, dependability, and the ability to work varied hours and in different weather conditions are essential. Union membership is required or can be facilitated by our HR department. Candidates must pass or have passed the Operators Union aptitude test. Piling and sheeting experience, and prior pile driving experience, are a plus.
