Mariana Minerals seeks a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely operate loaders, dozers, excavators, graders, water trucks, and drill rigs in our mining operations. The role includes conducting inspections, maintaining safe conditions, and supporting maintenance teams to meet production targets.

Housing can be provided onsite, and candidates should be able to comply with MSHA/OSHA procedures while collaborating with supervisors and other operators across sites.

Competenze

• Ability to learn and apply safety regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to perform manual labor.
• Flexibility to train on additional equipment.
• Must possess or obtain a valid driver’s license.
• MSHA Surface Miner Training preferred.

Mansioni

• Safely operate heavy equipment across mine areas (loaders, dozers, excavators, graders, water trucks, drill rigs).
• Perform pre‑shift and post‑shift inspections on equipment.
• Assist maintenance by communicating issues and aiding troubleshooting.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and support ground labor tasks.
• Provide clear shift handover notes to ensure continuity between crews.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and training for new operators.
