Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1-3 years of heavy equipment operation on large construction projects.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of construction safety hazards and inspection principles.
• Ability to read and interpret Access and Construction Plans.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to travel and work extended overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks with documentation.
• Conduct routine maintenance and safe storage of equipment.
• Communicate effectively with site personnel and uphold safety.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain daily logs of equipment usage.
• Understand ground signals and coordinate with ground personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills

Experience operating heavy equipment
