Job summary

OmniSource, a Steel Dynamics, Inc. subsidiary, is seeking a motivated Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. You will operate material handling equipment safely, load and unload trucks, and prepare scrap metal for shipping.

Responsibilities include crane operation, daily inspections, and assisting customers within the facility. We offer competitive pay, weekly incentives, comprehensive benefits, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating Material Handling equipment, preferred.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• A clear understanding and adherence to safety regulations, without exception.
• Team player dedicated to the organization.
• Knowledge of scrap metals is required.

Responsibilities
