Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction, knowledge of cut/fill operations, and a willingness to travel to project sites. This safety-sensitive role emphasizes responsible operation and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Approx. 3+ years' experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in earthmoving and heavy construction with knowledge of cut/fill operations.
• Must be willing to travel and work on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy construction equipment safely on various projects.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report defects to supervisors.
• Coordinate with crew to meet daily production goals.
