Job summary

Everetts Construction INC in Brockton, MA is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to handle wheel loader, excavator, and baler tasks on-site, including loading dump trailers and performing daily inspections.

Ideal candidates will have MA Hoisting License 1C, MA driver’s license, DOT medical card, and proven experience with loaders and excavators; must adapt to a fast-paced, weekend-friendly schedule.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Hoisting License -1C required.
• Massachusetts driver's license required.
• DOT medical card required.
• Loader fork experience required, not limited to bucket work.
• Excavator experience with minimum 3 years required.
• Experience moving vehicles, not just construction materials.
• Energetic, self-motivated and organized.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Using wheel loader (forks) to move vehicles
• Using excavator to remove engines & transmissions from vehicles
• Using baler to bale vehicles
• Loading dump trailers with either excavator or baler crane
• Daily operator equipment inspections
• Must be willing to work flexible schedule / weekends
