WM is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator I for our Hampton, VA site. You will operate heavy equipment, perform routine inspections, and help manage daily site operations, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

• Successfully complete pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
• Conducts routine inspections and preventative maintenance; keeps records.
• Moves raw materials and finished components using material handling equipment.
• Follows standard operating procedures for vehicle operation and maintenance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
