The Town of Ocean City, MD is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to manage and operate a variety of heavy and complex equipment. Duties include road maintenance, paving, and installation of underground utilities, with opportunities to perform manual tasks and basic supervision as needed.
Candidates must have a CDL Class B with Air Brakes, a current DOT physical card, and at least one year of related experience. Preference given to those with a GED or high school diploma and hazmat endorsements.
Operates one (1) or more types of heavy and complex motor and hand equipment.
