Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is looking to hire a Heavy Equipment Operator for our Hermiston, OR location. A Utility Laborer at Team Fishel will handle projects of various complexity and perform site work.

Responsibilities
  1. Interpret stakes and signage on land for excavations.
  2. Operate heavy equipment to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
  3. Operate company vehicle daily to deliver products, tools, and equipment.
  4. Work in the field with crews to complete work.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Valid Class A CDL Driver's license is a plus.
  • Experience operating excavators, wheel loaders, and skid steers.
  • Meet all DOT requirements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with teammates.
  • Willingness to work and follow directions.
  • Thorough working knowledge of utility construction and installation.
  • Bilingual skills and prior construction experience are a plus.
