Job summary

APAC Mississippi, Inc., a CRH company, is seeking a loader operator to join its Mississippi team. The role requires operating heavy equipment in pit/mining operations, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with foremen and co-workers.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of loader experience in construction, are willing to travel, and can work night/weekend shifts as needed. CRH offers competitive pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Two to five years’ loader operations experience.
• Construction field experience preferred.
• Willing to travel and work away from home when required.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment used in pit and mining operations.
• Report problems to your manager.
• Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and co-workers.
• Assist in training less-experienced employees on equipment operation and servicing.
• Perform general labor duties when necessary.
• Follow company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations.
