Job summary

Sanders Brothers Construction Co. Inc. seeks qualified Heavy Equipment Operators to support Beaufort area grading projects. The role involves operating dozers, excavators, and graders, paving and building pads, and keeping equipment in top condition.

Requirements include 1–2 years of heavy equipment experience, a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass drug tests and background checks. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy earth moving equipment and multiple machines is preferred.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate one or more types of heavy equipment to prepare job sites.
• Grade roads and building pads to required specs and slopes.
• Maintain production by operating equipment efficiently.
• Report hours and conduct basic equipment maintenance checks.
• Work in varying weather and tri-county locations; comply with safety rules.
