Candidates should have 3+ years of civil construction experience operating multiple machines, strong safety awareness, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of heavy equipment operating experience in civil construction.
• Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment.
• Ability to maintain grade and follow construction plans.
• Strong safety awareness and jobsite experience.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform excavation, grading, trenching, loading, backfilling, and site preparation activities.
• Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report issues.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in JHA activities.
