Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience is required.
• Bobcat/skid steer operation experience is required.
• Baler operation experience is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to identify basic equipment issues.
• Experience operating heavy or industrial equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of industrial and material‑handling equipment.
• Operate forklifts, Bobcats/skid steers, grapple buckets, and mini excavators.
• Operate and monitor baling equipment.
• Perform various production and material‑handling duties as assigned.
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance and upkeep.
• Inspect equipment and report mechanical or operational issues.
• Follow specific work instructions and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and applicable safety regulations.
• Work effectively as part of a team while also completing tasks independently.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
