We are a Dirt Services contractor seeking a qualified candidate to join our family-oriented operation. Our focus includes working on ponds, lakes, building pads, roads, serving both commercial and residential clients. We offer a positive, Christian environment that is challenging and goal-oriented, utilizing the latest technology in equipment and processes. This position is part of a multi-generation ranch offering long-term employment with competitive pay and housing. We do not work on Sundays. The main focus of this role is dirt services, with involvement in other ranch activities such as hay and cattle.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience with heavy equipment and timber work.
• Proficiency with dozers, excavators, dirt scrapers, and mulchers.
• Experience in performing outside jobs, including pond construction, driveway work, and both commercial and residential projects.
• Ability to repair, operate, and service equipment independently.
