Qualifications

• 4 years of proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator on excavators, skid steers, backhoes, dozers and related earthmoving equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong teamwork and safety focus required.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and trenchers for underground utility projects.
• Follow project plans and specs to ensure precise work.
• Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Coordinate with foremen, managers, and crew to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site and adhere to safety procedures.
