Brice Highway LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to work on-site across construction sites. You will drive, maneuver, and operate heavy machinery used to build roads, bridges, and facilities, while maintaining safety and productivity with limited supervision.
The role requires five years of operator experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass drug and background screenings.

As the Heavy Equipment Operator, you will work onsite in Houston, TX and surrounding areas and will be expected to be proficient with the operations of all types of heavy construction equipment. You will drive, maneuver, and control the heavy machinery used to construct roads, bridges, buildings, and other structures. You will safely use machinery to move construction materials, earth, and other heavy materials at construction sites with minimal direct supervision. Commitment to workplace safety is a must.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Brice Highway, LLC has a fast-paced multi-tasking environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance. At times, work is performed outside of the office at indoor and outdoor job sites. Adaptability regarding schedule and design changes and overtime for immediate field support or bid processing may be necessary.
Paid time off is based on an employee working 2080 regular hours per year [40 hours per week]. May increase per years of service with the Company in eligible status.
