Tasman Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator in Greeley, CO. The role supports earthwork and site development projects using excavators, dozers, loaders, and other machinery. A safe, efficient operator is essential for successful project execution.

The position may start as temporary with potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs. CDL or willingness to obtain is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of heavy equipment operating experience.
• CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Oil & gas industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, mini excavators, graders, and other earthmoving equipment.
• Perform excavation, grading, material handling, site preparation, and earthwork activities.
• Load, unload, move, and place materials in designated work areas.
• Support construction, reclamation, and site development projects.
• Follow project plans and field direction to safely complete work.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and report faults.
• Assist field crews with site activities and project logistics.
• Participate in site setup, material handling, and safety meetings.
