Job Summary:
Operates a wide variety of heavy equipment and vehicles that perform spreading and loading of onsite materials.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Operate heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
2. Operate equipment such as front end loaders, excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts.
3. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment; maintain accurate records.
4. Move, load, and position raw materials using material-moving equipment.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

1. Must be eligible to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship.
2. Must be 18 years or older.
3. Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
4. Willing to work a flexible schedule.
5. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow simple instructions from oral or written communication.
6. Ability to work in cold or hot environments.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. CDL or comparable work experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

While performing these duties, employees are required to stand, walk, handle or feel objects, and reach with hands and arms. The environment involves hazards typical of working around machinery with moving parts, chemicals, heavy equipment, heights, or dealing with hostile clients. Exposure to weather conditions and extreme temperatures is normal. Noise levels are usually moderate.
