Heavy Equipment Operator - Dirt Crew

Location: 2401 S. Broadway Ave. Moore, OK 73160, USA | Employment Type: Full-Time

Silver Star Construction, a local road construction company, is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators to operate and control large equipment including bulldozers, backhoes, front-end loaders, scrapers, track hoes, motor graders, mixers, and water trucks.

Requirements:

• Experience operating equipment such as graders, dozers, scrapers, track hoes, mixers, and front-end loaders
• Ability to unload equipment from vehicles
• Knowledge of machine settings and maintenance
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain equipment functionality and keep performance records

Skills:

Coordination, good communication (oral and written), teamwork, critical thinking, attention to detail, decision-making to prevent accidents and property damage, physical ability to work in strenuous environments.

Qualifications:

• Pass background checks, drug screens, and physical assessments
• Willingness to work outdoors in extreme temperatures
• Availability for nights, weekends, and overtime
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and shoveling
• Adherence to safety procedures
