Job summary

SLB New Energy & Industrial seeks a Skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to safely move oversized modules and equipment within our data center infrastructure facility.

The role requires operating straddle carriers, cranes and large forklifts, performing pre-operation checks, following load charts and safety rules, and coordinating with ground crews to ensure timely and safe transport.

Qualifications

• Operate straddle carriers, cranes, and heavy forklifts safely.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and document safety checks.
• Coordinate with ground crews to ensure safe lifting and transport.

Responsibilities

• Operate straddle carriers to transport large modules or heavy equipment across designated work areas.
• Safely maneuver cranes to lift, move, and position oversized loads per production and logistics requirements.
• Use large-capacity forklifts to load, unload, and relocate equipment and materials.
• Maintain accurate movement logs and safety checks; report issues immediately.
